Most people believe that visualization is something that you do once or maybe twice a day.
When you wake up in the morning and when you go to sleep at night, and this is of course very good and powerful, but visualization is happening all of the time in your mind, most of it automatically and unconsciously.
Most people are walking around visualizing in their heads the most horrific scenarios possible.
This is happening under their conscious awareness, they are not even aware of this habitual patterns, they are not aware of all their negative thoughts and little mental movies running in their heads all day long, day after day.
Thoughts are things.
Thoughts are a form of energy, thoughts are a form of vibration, we are energy, we are vibrational beings, and the thoughts, the movies that we play in our heads have tremendous power. They are dictating our feelings and our actions.
If you find yourself in a life situation that you do not want, it is because you are playing self-destructive movies in your head. You are visualizing negative outcomes.
You are seeing yourself in your mind in the worst conditions that you can imagine.
This is keeping you stuck in certain self-sabotaging patterns.
The mental movies that play in your head are dependent on the vibrational level that you find yourself most of the time. Most people on Earth right now are on a very low vibrational frequency.
Apathy, grief, fear and anger. These are the levels of vibration that most people find themselves in.
When you see the news on TV you can clearly see how society at large is addicted to fear, the media pumps fear based content all of the time, and most people have become addicted to this information that reflects their own state of being. War, crime, murder, rape, poverty, scarcity, danger, anger, human beings fighting between each other.
Advertisers selling instant gratification products and services and magic pill solutions to the unconscious masses of people.
All of these images and movies that people are exposed to on a daily basis, are getting into their minds, the minds of people all over the world are being polluted, contaminated by mental movies made of fear.
And now they are stuck vibrating at a level of fear, walking around from the moment that they wake up to the moment that they go to sleep, in a very reactive unconscious apathetic fearful bored state, and the only way to feel a little bit better, is to distract themselves whit food drugs alcohol and entertainment.
Their minds are making too much noise. They cannot stop thinking, thinking has become a disease, they're minds are out of control, most people are visualizing what they do not want over and over again, they are rehearsing little mental movies in their heads, of situations that they do not want to experience.
Visualization needs to be something that you take control off, think of visualization as one of your greatest powers.
And until now you were probably not using this power at all. So it has become a very destructive force. A force that is out of your control.
You need to take control of your visualization powers again. You were given the power to choose what you wish to experience in your life.
You chose what you want by visualizing it in your mind, by holding it in your mind.
Only entertain thoughts of what you want to experience, what makes you feel good, what makes you feel alive.
And stop thinking and visualizing what makes you feel bad in any way.
What kind of thoughts do you think George Clooney has in his mind. Really think about it. You cannot have this super attractive vibe and energy, and subcommunications if you are visualizing super scary things in your mind. Attractive subcommunications comes from inside, George feels great inside his mind is under control, he thinks like he feels.
Most people are addicted to worrying, they feel that they must continuously think about their problems again and again, to try to prevent them from becoming real, but thinking about your problems keeps you in resonance with your problems, because thinking about your problems brings mental images to your mind about your problems.
And by the law of attraction you will begin attracting more of those problems.
So start to pay attention to how your mind likes to worry about problems, and how your mind is addicted to thinking about these problems.
Then choose to stop.
Take your attention away from those negative thoughts, away from those negative mental movies, instead picture in your mind what you really want.
The real challenge to be able to constantly visualize what you want instead of what you don't want, is to manage your vibrational frequency.
If you feel bad most of the time, that means you are in a low vibrational frequency, and you are going to have a very difficult time visualizing positive things.
So practice becoming more aware of your state of being, of your emotional state, of your vibration, and whenever you are feeling bad, place your attention in your body, and welcome that negative feeling.
Allow it to be there. You allow it to be there by giving it your attention, without any judgment, without any mental interpretation, without any mental movie.
This process dissolves the negative emotional charge. And as you keep doing this process, your vibration increases, and you start to attract more positive thoughts, and you will it start to create beautiful positive abundant mental movies in your head, images of you succeeding in life, having fun, enjoying this wonderful adventure.
You also should engage in a visualization practice. Every morning or every night or whenever you have time, sit down and consciously visualize what you want.
At the beginning this is hard. Because you're mind is out of control, to be able to sustain a mental image of what you want in your mind for several minutes, you need to train your focus, as you move along with this practice you will be able to add in more and more detail to your visualizations, and they will become more real to you.
At the beginning you will not be able to be visualize with ease, because you are out of vibrational alignment with that new reality that you are visualizing. So the mental images won’t come to you easily.
As you keep practicing the technique that I explained, whenever you feel bad, you process the Feeling by giving it your total attention, and you release it, your vibration will increase, you will begin to close the vibrational gap between your current reality and the reality that you wish to manifest.
Your mind will open up more and more do the idea of you living in this new reality. And the mental images of your new reality will become more clear, and they will come to you more easily, and they will start to feel more and more normal, and then you will wake up and realize that you are now living in that new reality.
